Bridge AI GitHub

Terms of use

Bridge AI is free, open-source software, made of the app on your computer, the relay you can set up on your own Cloudflare account, and the phone apps for iPhone and Android. It's licensed under the Apache License 2.0 (LICENSE). These terms say plainly what that means for you and add a few points about the tools Bridge AI works with. If anything here conflicts with the license, the license applies.

Last updated: October 2026.

As is, no warranty

Bridge AI is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including that it works, fits a purpose, is secure or doesn't infringe anything (section 7 of the license). You use it at your own risk.

No liability

As far as the law allows, the authors and contributors aren't liable for any damages or losses from using Bridge AI or not being able to use it, including lost or damaged code, files or data, anything your agents do, charges from any provider, or action a provider takes on your account (section 8 of the license).

You're in charge of your agents

Bridge AI starts coding agents and passes on what you tell them. Those agents can run commands, change and delete files, commit and push code, open pull requests and spend money on your accounts. Review what they do before you rely on it, keep backups, and use version control. Answering an agent from your phone, a notification or the chief of staff is the same as answering it at the computer.

Your accounts with other services

You use your own accounts with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GitHub, Cursor, Cloudflare and any other service you connect, under their terms and pricing. You're responsible for following those terms and for what you pay them. Some features ask those services for you with your sign-ins or keys (plan usage, cloud agents, model providers). They're off until you set them up; turn them on only if you're comfortable that it's allowed under that service's terms.

Not affiliated with anyone

Bridge AI is an independent project. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Anysphere (Cursor), Cloudflare, Apple or any other company whose products it works with. Their names and logos belong to them and are used only to say which products Bridge AI works with.

Privacy

The project collects nothing that identifies you. The app on your computer sends it anonymous usage stats and crash reports unless you turn them off (Settings › About & Updates). What stays on your devices, what goes to the project and what goes to the services you use is in PRIVACY.md.
